Where possible, temporary signs will be designed according to standard sheet sizes & material roll sizes as follows:
- Material Roll Sizes:
24" / 610mm Use 600mm dimension (excess for trimming)
30" / 762mm Use 750mm dimension (excess for trimming)
36" / 915mm Use 900mm dimension (excess for trimming)
48" / 1220mm Use 1200mm dimension (excess for trimming)
- Aluminium sheet sizes:
2000mm x 1000mm temporary and permanent signs
2400mm x 1220mm temporary and permanent signs
3000mm x 1525mm temporary and permanent signs
2100mm x 1525mm temporary and permanent signs
2400mm x 600mm permanent signs only
3000mm x 762mm permanent signs only
2500mm x 1250mm permanent signs only
1830mm x 1220mm permanent signs only
- GRP sheet sizes:
2400mm x 1220mm
3000mm x 1525mm
- HP200 steel sheet sizes:
2500mm x 1250mm
2800mm x 920mm
3050mm x 800mm
- Zintec sheet sizes:

Working to standard sheet sizes helps to reduce material waste, saving you money and helping the environment.
- Radius corners: will be cut to the nearest available from our standard radius tools as follows:

(above 200xht the radius corners are cut by hand & so can be exactly 3 stroke widths)
