Sign-fix channel is riveted to the rear of the sign plate. |

| On all permanent signs the rivets sit flush with the sign blank before the sign is faced. This is so nothing pierces or protrudes through the facing. With temporary traffic signs the rivets protrude through the sign face. |

Butting clamps are to be used on all signs which have horizontal joins, on larger signs we tend to use multiples of 600mm high panels.

Channel is usually fitted horizontally to the sign to accomodate the commonly used vertical posts. Please specify 'vertical channel' when you order, else horizontal will be fixed by default. |
