Morelock Signs Limited was established in 1981 with the express intention of providing a service to customers second to none. With over 30 years combined experience in the manufacture of road signs, Eamon Guilmartin and Keith Chester recognised the requirements of customers and the shortcomings of the industry as a whole. That combined experience now exceeds 60 years.

Drawing on that experience they formulated a policy to meet those requirements. This policy was implemented from day one, and ways of improving the service level and product quality are constantly under review.

Customer focus/ after sales support

We hope to achieve our primary aim of customer satisfaction through providing quality products and service at value for money prices.

Our policy of total in-house service enables us to control costs and reflect these savings in our prices.

At Morelock our aim is customer satisfaction. To complement the benefits of many years experience and a BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accredited quality system, we have developed our Customer Care Facility. Through this we offer many services which we believe add value to your partnership with us. The Customer Care Facility is headed by Steve Garrett. We focus on continual improvement of our service to you, ensuring that Morelock remains your first call for signs.

  • Free Product Training:
    To help you understand more fully the products you buy and use, we offer free sessions of product training as well as advice over the phone. Training sessions can be carried out here or on your premises and last approximately 45 minutes.
  • Performance Reports:
    We constantly monitor our performance through a wide range of measures and this information can be made available to you. We can even tailor the information to let you know how we are performing specifically in relation to your company.
  • Rapid response to Feedback:
    We are pro-active in finding out your opinions and react immediately to any problem areas highlighted or suggestions made by customers. If a breakdown in procedure occurs, we put the appropriate corrective action in motion immediately before concentrating on the long term causes.
  • Site Visits:
    If there is any aspect of Morelock's goods or service you would like to discuss with us face to face, simply contact us and someone will be happy to come out and see you. A member of either our Sales Team or Customer Care Team will visit your site for your maximum convenience.

We pride ourselves on building strong working relationships with our customers and have developed a loyal customer base.
